the three characters of my thesis...
Nick the Ninja:
Nick is a young man who lives a mainly normal life. He has a lovely wife of three years with one little boy age 2. There is even talk of getting a dog. He lives in suburbia in a little ranch house on a corner lot. The backyard is small but fenced in with a little play set taking up half the space. Nick seems like your normal corporate worker who leaves the house at 7 am to be to work at 8 am driving a little blue Pruis. Nick works at a job though that is anything but normal... his job is to be a ninja. Though sadly for Nick he is still the low man on the totem pole. All the hours of training to perfect his moves yet when push comes to shove he always messes up at the end. Even grabbing a few items from the store proves to be a brutal challenge.
Granny Grahm:
Mrs. J Annabelle Grahm is the sweetest little old lady you could ever meet according to those who know her. She came from a family of seven kids and as the oldest has always been used to shouldering responsibility and working hard. These traits paid off when she founded her own cookie company. The signature product ended up being the Granny Grahmcrackers which was an old family recipe. Now in retirement Granny Grahm spends her days zipping around in her little motorised cart. She makes sure to visit each of her four children once a week, checks up on the company periodically during the day, and still finds time for charity work. She is a well loved citizen though there are rumours of her getting in trouble for reckless driving...
Jenny the store clerk:
Jenny is your normal teenager. Choosing to get an after school job so she has enough spending money to hang with her friends and do a little bit of shopping. Jenny's world consists of music, boys, her bestest friend Sasha, a good book, and on the rare occasion school. She is in her Junior year and has mediocre grades. When she talked to her guidance counsellor about her future career plan her answer was english lit. She is looking at attending a community college and then wants to travel the world while she writes a best seller. But more than anything she wishes she had a different job right now, working evenings at the supermarket is a real drag.
